I got an error message saying that my account is suspended. What does this mean?

If there is an ongoing bank change request in your account, we temporarily suspend your account. This precautionary measure ensures that debits are not initiated in the wrong bank account, preventing unnecessary charges. Once the bank change request is successfully processed and completed, you will be able to resume your Portfolio Health actions.
