I'm unable to sign up, it says I already have an existing account.

If you tried to sign up for a new Scripbox account using the same PAN as an existing account, you may have encountered this error:

There is an existing account with this PAN, please try another PAN or login to the correct account.


You are seeing this because Scripbox does not allow multiple accounts with the same PAN. To access your existing account, please log in with your registered email. 


Other options:

  1. In case you can't find your account or have lost access to your registered email ID, please contact our support team with a scanned copy of your PAN and ID proof, and we'll help you regain access.
  2. In case this PAN is one that you want to add as part of your family in your Scripbox account, you can reach out to our Support team and request that the 2 accounts get merged.
