How do I set Notification preferences?

You can set your notification preferences on Scripbox by following the below steps:

1. Log in to your Scripbox account

2. Click on Profile tab > Notifications Preferences under profile settings

3. You can set the preferences for email / push / Whatsapp / SMS notifications

You can opt out from most of the communication we send, except transactional, if you wish – although this may lead to a sub-par experience for you. However, we are very mindful of the communication we send and ensure that we never spam our customers. 

We do not share your email and phone number with any third-party sales companies. However, in order to enable you to invest, we do share your communication information with the mutual fund companies and SEBI-regulated KYC registration agencies (e.g. CAMS, Karvy, CDSL, NSDL). Please note the frequency and content of these messages is not within Scripbox’s control and you cannot unsubscribe from these.
