How can I place a withdrawal request using my Scripbox?

You can follow the below steps to place the withdrawal request using your Scripbox: 

1. Login in to your Scripbox account
2. Mutual Funds Tab - Click on Withdraw

3. Click on the Investor Name - Click on Continue

4. Click on the Plan from where you are looking to withdraw - You can either click on Fund Recommendations or Choose My Funds as per your preference.

If you are looking to place the withdrawal request for all the units, use the below steps : 

1. Click on the Choose My funds

2. Select the fund

3. Click on Withdraw from this fund

4. Click on the second option (withdraw all units in this fund)

5. Click Continue

6. Withdraw

7. Confirm the withdrawal

8. Authenticate with OTP (via mobile or email)

If you are looking to place the withdrawal request for a particular fund, use the below steps : 

1. Click on the Choose My funds

2. Click on Long-Term Portfolio - Click the Plan which you are looking to Place the withdrawal

3. Click on the fund - Click on Withdraw from this Fund

4. You will get 3 options - Choose to enter the customer amount (which should be greater than Rs. 500), withdraw all units in this fund and Withdraw long term gains only

5. Click Continue

6. Withdraw

7. Confirm the withdrawal

8. Authenticate with OTP (via mobile or email)
