There could be 2 possible reasons. Either the minor had recently turned major or the minor has a guardian bank account. If the minor had recently turned major, please reach out to us to re-do the KYC for that investor. If the minor is having a guardian bank account, we wouldn't be able to proceed with the digital withdrawal unless the account holder is a minor himself.
